xfinity support - Watch button doesn't work anymore

Hi,

I watch xfinity streaming on my Mac and starting a few days ago I can no longer watch because the "Watch" button no longer works. It acts like it isn't a link anymore - I can click it but nothing happens.  Please advise.

@user_02jk51  there is known issue with the Xfinity streaming portal, their enginners are aware and are working on it, the work around for now is to use the Xfinity streaming app on mobile device. You may want to try clearing  cookies caches too

Hello @user_02jk51, Thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you're having issues watching the Xfinity Stream app on your Mac. Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache? Have you tried logging out of the app and then logging back in?

Yes, I've tried all of those things and they did not work. I just figured out that I can use the watch button and view streaming when using my browser in Incognito mode but I'd rather not have to do that every time I want to watch something.
