Xfinity Streaming

I replaced my modem and now my devices do not recognize my in home network for Xfinity Streaming. I have heard others having the same problem. I was on the phone with support for hours yesterday with no resolution. I have two Roku devices and can't get any live tv right now. I heard there was a way to fix the IP address or VPN to resolve but not techie enough to figure it out. Have tried rebooting the modem and and confirming the MAC address with folks from Xfinity. Any advice is welcome.

did you get this resolved? if not take a picture of the gaeway/modem's label showing the HFC MAC address and call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to update your modems's serial number.
