Xfinity streaming with Roku connected by ethernet
My network includes both xfinity wifi and ethernet. My several Roku boxes are connected via ethernet not wifi. When I attempt to enable xfinity streaming on a Roku box I get a message that I cannot because I am not wifi connected. Is this true? Do I have to reset the Roku boxes to wifi in order to use xfinity streaming? This seems illogical.

Greetings, @HughMul! You should be fine connecting the Roku with an ethernet cable. I use Firesticks, wired, and can use the Stream app. Do you have your Xfinity ID linked with more than one Xfinity account such as a previous account that you moved from or a family member's account? Are you seeing this message: Welcome! This device can only access Xfinity Stream on your in-home Xfinity WiFi?
