Xfinity streaming tv without internet
My father lives in a rural area and can only get high speed internet via satellite. Can he purchase Xfinity basic tv without paying for internet service?

no, currently X1 service requires xfinity internet. If you are visiting there or he has a secondary username created on your account, you would be able to see the instant TV channels as well as any recordings that have completed. much of the on-demand library is also available.
