xfinity streaming problem

this channell went pixulated beginning june   need to speak with a softwear designer from comcast...it's the xfinity app that was designed for Samsung

channell 847 for me also. philly sports

called comcast 20 times....... not one person could help with xfinty streaming app.....have another set that uses a roku can get phillies on that tv. channell 847...may get hulu to watch eagles if they dont fix app

when will this be fixed been pixulated for a month will not miss any more games will cancel tv from comcast.
