Xfinity streaming online

Starting yesterday, April 10th 2021, I can't get streaming on my laptop. It says to logout and sign in and it will work, as it has figured out the error. But that does not work.

I have the same issue. Edge, Firefox and Chrome on 2 different computers. all allow me to log into my account and choose TV, but then I get the three usual dots that pulse left to right but never go beyond that.

I can watch on my phone and tablet via the streaming app.

When you attempt attempt to stream on your computer, are you connected to your in-home network? Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? How long have you been experiencing this issue?

all of the above. different computers, different browsers, clear all cache and cookies. Modem power off several times for 15 mins, router re-boots after each modem power up and status check.

I cannot stream 'live' xfinity tv online with Microsoft Edge, except it works okay with Chrome. Why??
