Xfinity streaming on a VLAN

We've got all Unifi networking gear at home and are having problems with Xfinity streaming. The main VLAN where computers, phones, and router live is 10.10.10.x. All IOT, including TVs is on 10.20.20.x. We can stream on a computer fine, but streaming does not work on IOT devices (wired or wireless). Are there port(s) I need to open between the two networks to get this to work?
