Xfinity streaming is not working on Xumo stream box

Xfinity Streaming app is not working. I tried everything with restart and signing out of all accounts. Still getting TVAPP-00502 error

Same here. Looks like there is no resolution as Xfinity continues to have people do simple troubleshooting as if there is an error on the users end

user_3k3lb9 Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your Xfinity Stream app. There are currently no known issues with the stream app. If you are still running into issues, could you tell me what kind of device you are using the Stream app on?
