Xfinity Streaming apps Buffering
I have high speed Xfinity internet (500 mbps), and Xfinity Streaming apps in my Samsung Smart TVs, and the last 1-2 months they have been buffering a lot, it’s very annoying and hasn’t been good service. I check the wifi signal and it’s strong, and all other apps are working fine. What’s happening? I see many others have the same issue.
in addition, how can I restart the app?

Hello, @user_6ypv67. Thank you for making us aware that you're having buffering issues with Streaming app on your smart TV. Have you by any chance attempted to clear the files from your TV recently? If not, here are the steps on the Samsung site you can do this on your TV by following these steps.
1 Press the Home button on your remote control and then head to Settings. ...
2 Navigate to All Settings.
3 Choose Support and then Device Care.
4 Select Manage Storage.
5 Choose an app and then View Details.
6 Here you can select Clear Data and Clear Cache for the chosen app.
Once cleared you may need to log back in the next time you pull up the Xfinity stream app. Let me know if that helps!
