Xfinity Streaming App

I have been able to use the Xfinity Streaming app in the past with no problem on my home network. But about a month ago or maybe a little more I can no longer get it to open. The message tells me it is only available on my home network.  All of my Rokus are on my home network and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it does not help. what do I need to do to restore that service?

@user_8wti99 Thank you for posting about your issues with the Xfinity Stream app. Are you trying to Stream NOW TV channels or do you have a standard cable package (Popular, ultimate, etc.)? Also, have you tried rebooting your modem or wireless gateway? That can help resolve issues with the app not recognizing the network.
