Xfinity Streaming App

Two days ago the app was working. It's a flawed, glitchy app but it did allow me to stream channels I pay a LOT of money for. As of yesterday I can no longer stream on any device (firestick, iPhone, iPad, desktop computer). I've tried them all,  tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. It will allow me to get to the guide and then when I click a channel it buffers then I get a message saying "Playback Cannot Continue. Subscription Required". This is incredibly frustrating as this is how I watch programs. And I am paying big money for all the pay cable channels (HBO, Showtime, etc.). I've tried to contact Comcast several times, was on the phone with various people who live 8,600 miles from me in a foreign country for literally four hours last night trying to sort this out. I am seriously considering switching to Verizon now that it is finally available in my area. Xfinity is the largest cable & internet provider in the United States. DO BETTER!
