Xfinity Streaming App not working on Roku TV

My Xfinity Streaming app (Roku TV) is no longer working...it will not bring up channels.  For a while, it was having trouble loading channels and it would take several minutes sometimes to load, but now it doesn't work at all.  I can select a program, but as soon as I click Watch, it just goes to a black screen and never loads anything.   I have already reset every device and restarted the app, then deleted and reinstalled the app...same issue.

I've had the same issue since 12/2. No one can help. It's an Xfinity issue, not a user issue, but none of the agents here (or the chat bots) can help. I have the prepaid NOW Internet & StreamSaver, but I can't view the 125+ LiveTV channels. All I get are the TV GO channels.  And, I can't even get a refund for the days I haven't been able to watch LiveTV because it's a prepaid service.  Completely unacceptable.
