Xfinity streaming APP not working on recordings only live TV. Not working on my IPad or IPhone
Xfinity streaming APP on IPad & IPhone not working only live tv. Software up to date, reset IPad. The 3 dots appear and won’t connect. Am connected to WIFI

Hello, @cdk1. Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your recording issues when using the Xfinity Stream App. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Are your devices up to date with the latest iOS as well?
