Xfinity Streaming App Issue

I watch my main TV on the Xfinity streaming app and am having intermittent connectivity issues.  At random times, I am getting an error message stating that it is trying to reconnect and the buffer wheel spins.  In addition, there are times when the screen freezes and I have to back to the listing page and go back into the program we were watching.

The TV is hard wired to the router via an Ethernet connection.  I have also connected the TV via the Wifi 6 signal.  The TV is the only device on the wifi 6 signal.  I have replaced the router with a new one (therefore the wifi 6 signal) as well as the Ethernet wire.  I have tried both signals and get the same result.  I have also replaced the TV with a 2025 model year with 5 GB of memory.  It was an older unit (2021) and maybe that was the problem.  I have also checked and taken out all splitters in the attic and walls.  It is now a direct run from the TV to the outside box.  Coax cables in the house are new as well.

I have also tried with and without a Amazon 4K firestick (newest version) and the results are the same.

I have also noted that this issue only happens on the Xfinity streaming.  When I stream other apps, such as Disney, Netflix, Peacock, etc. the problem does not occur.  All of this testing has led me to believe that there is something to do with the app itself.

What can I do to resolve this issue?
