Xfinity Stream

Why am do I have to buy episodes after watching one?  I had Xfinity Stream and added 4 more apps to it .  Doesn't matter which one I go to and choose a program, I get this"buy" message so only can watch just one episode?  Unbelievable!  Is there something wrong with this Xfinity Stream?
