Xfinity stream

I have xfinity stream on my phone. I can't get cbs or fox . Says I have to watch it on my in home wifi. I have always been able to watch when I go away on my phone. Now I know I can't get some football and Masn unless I am in my home. So is xfinity having problems with some of these major networks.
