Xfinity Stream

Xfinity Stream app stops working routinely, getting stuck on the "guide" screen. I then have to re-install the app. This happens multiple times per month and is very frustrating. Any solutions in sight?

Are the Firesticks up-to-date in the form of software updates? Are there any error messages or codes being generated when you experience the issue? Is it only on the Amazon Firestick you've noticed the issue or are other devices seeing the same situation?

Yes, Firesticks are up to date on software. No error messages - just freezes when I am the guide trying to find a particular show. I am able to use Xfinity Stream without problems on my iPad.

@user_tjae7k When was the last time you've power-cycled the modem, leaving it off for at least 30 seconds before returning power? If these troubleshooting steps yield no results we will ask you to join us in DMs to get a ticket created for our backend team to investigate.
