XFINITY Stream

When trying to watch sports,  my xfinity stream app constantly switches between a clear picture and a very blurry picture . My Samsung TV is up to date.  Watching the same game via an app ( such as fox sports) is crystal clear. This appears to be and xfinity app problem.

How do I fix it?

Hi, @Thomanje. Thank you for reaching out to let us know about the picture quality. I see that things come in blurry at times, and it seems to switch randomly. I can certainly see why this would be frustrating. Does this only occur on the TV, or do you have the same issues with the stream on other devices like your phone or tablet? Does this happen with TV Go channels, Live TV, and On-Demand content?

@XfinityVianney​ I don't stream on any other devices, so I can't answer that question.  It only happens when streaming Live TV from what I can tell, and it doesn't always happen.  It's about 50/50.  I checked my speed during the las time it happened, and I was at 200 Mbps, which is concerning because my plan is supposed to provide 400 Mbps.  Not sure if that is what is causing the issue or not.
