Xfinity stream won’t work on Roku tv’s will on phone app

Downgraded from cable to just internet and Xfinity stream.
stream will work flawlessly on our phones (2 iPhones) but on our 2 Roku tvs it won’t work at all. Live tv option shows error code tvapp-00500, when I try to stream a show it just recycles its self. Click on info of the show and it takes you back to the homepage of the show. Error code tvapp-00700. I spent 4 HOURS yesterday between live chat and talking to reps on the phone. Reset all of my TVs to factory settings, called and had things all reset through Comcast and still it won’t work.

When I got the new router modem from xfinity I can no longer cast on my Roku using my iPhone or iPad. I had no trouble before I switched to xfinity router. I am very dissapointed
