Xfinity Stream with Roku TV

Hello,  I am new to the Xfinity Stream App.  We recently signed up for Xfinity Stream.  We have one box for our main tv, and downloaded the Xfinity Stream app on our other tv's that have Roku on them.  We can access the Live TV Xfinity Stream guide on our main tv, but  not on the Roku tv's.  We can see it, but once you click on one of the channels, it displays a message that there is a problem.  I wonder if we need to have a specific Roku Streaming Stick for it to work?

Hello Campbell10  what Roku device do you have? Our article below shows what models of Roku are available for Xfinity Stream. 

 

Activate the Xfinity Stream App on Roku

 

The issue may also be resolved by an uninstall/reinstall process. Can you try that and let us know if that brings the guide back up?

@XfinityAlfonso​ Hello, 3810RW is the Roku device that I have and the software version is 12.5.5.

I have tried the uninstall/install process, but it didn't help.  

I will try purchasing a Roku streaming stick based on the model guide to see if that helps. Thanks.

Sure thing! Based on the model and software patch, it seems like this one should work just fine. If you're going out and buying a new device though, just keep us in the loop if this works or not.
