Xfinity Stream website will not load in Google Chrome

I've been experiencing this for at least a couple months.  I have Windows 10, and the Xfinity Stream website (https://www.xfinity.com/stream/) just will not load when I use Google Chrome (currently 106.0.5249.119 (Official Build) (64-bit)).  I get the gray screen and the single word "Xfinity" with the three dots pulsing, but it never progresses beyond that.  It works just fine with Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
