Xfinity Stream - Up Faith and Family - Audio Synch Issues

I've read the suggestions.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the applications.  I've cleared the caches.  I've changed networks.  I think that's the list but, in short I've done everything I can find to correct the problem.  I have a Firestick running Xfinity Stream and my cell phone also running Xfinity Stream.  I've done all remediation on both platforms and get the same result.  

The problem seems to be limited to movies that are from Up Faith and Family, probably only recent ones but I've not tested that theory.  The audio is dramatically out of synch.  We're not discussing annoying the lips don't quite match we're talking 5-10 seconds where the audio will likely show up in the next (or previous) scene.  I believe the audio is in advance of the video but I'm not sure I didn't take the time to make sure and read lips.  

As mentioned before I've done all remediation steps and this is on multiple devices so I really think it's server side.

I am sorry for how your experience has been @user_wpj41r I know that would frustrate me when watching a movie or show. What troubleshooting steps have you taken?

Ummm, they're all listed in the original post.  

I've tried it on two different platforms (app on Samsung Androd and app on Amazon Firestick).

I've cleared the cache on both.  I've uninstalled and re-installed the applications on both platforms.  

I've changed the networks on both platforms (Verizon Wireless, Starlink and local WiFi)

I've tried different movies and the problem seems to be specific to recent UP Faith and Family on Xfinity.  In fact, a short while back there was a movie that was out of synch, I don't recall the name right now but under the Xfinity App I had something like "Watch Options".  There was another choice, maybe instead of UP Faith and Family it was UP TV.  At any rate, the UP TV worked.  The UP Faith and Family did not.  

I honestly can't think of anything else to try on this end.  Well, except getting a different service.

I am sorry I mean to ask any additional troubleshooting steps since you mentioned other suggestions you have read and others that you have found that you did not list specifically. @user_wpj41r
