Xfinity stream tv go

Xfinity stream app stop streaming channels unless on home wi-fi. Stop working without any notice, seems like xfinity is clueless about this issue.

Im having the same issue.  I watch news on TVGo every day.  This morning channel lineup was dramatically different.   No resolution or even acknowledgement on service call.

I spent 30 minutes talking to tech support about this and they tried to make me look foolish by telling me that live stream was never available outside of home. This is absolutely absurd!

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Thank you for letting us know you are still experiencing issues with the Stream app. Can you please uninstall the app and then reinstall it? Also can you let me know what type of device you are attempting to view the Stream app on while outside of your in-home Wi-Fi network?
