Xfinity Stream suddenly refusing to stream local channels such as ABC and NBC on an Amazon Fire TV Cube

I have multiple TVs in the house and only encounter this problem with my FIreTV Cube Gen 3. To date I am unable to watch CBS, FOX, ABC, NBC. I am in the Camden county suburbs of Philadelphia. My FireTV sticks in the other rooms and connected to the same WiFi (not Xfinity) are fine. The Cube tells me I need to activate location services, which I did for the Stream app, but still does not work.
