Xfinity Stream Site Issues

While on my home network, certain channels in my line up that I have are not allowing me to live stream instead there is a " this requires a subscription" message for those channels ie ESPN.

Using a 2020 MacBook Air with latest version of Chrome.

I'm having the same issue with Cartoon Network on my Windows PC using Firefox. Have the new package for it, works on the cable box and wireless box, but not the website.

This is happening to me as well.  After 5+ customer support calls, eventually I was told that there is 'an outage to xfinity streaming for certain channels and they working on it'.  After some quick browsing through this forum, it appears that this isn't uncommon.

If this isn't resolved by tomorrow, I guess I'll be back on with customer support asking for a refund for a service that isn't working until they eventually get the channels I'm paying for to actually work.
