Xfinity stream shows a device streaming when it is not. I need it removed

Xfinity Stream shows “Family Room 2” under Devices Currently Streaming. Nobody is streaming, and the session remains after I stopped casting ESPN, closed the apps, powered off the TV, and rebooted my router. I cannot remove or stop Family Room 2. ESPN is now reporting maximum concurrent streams. I need the stale streaming session cleared from my account.
