Xfinity Stream Roku "Are you still watching"

Hi all, I'm posting this for my Grandma, she likes to leave her TV on in the background, and it keeps asking her if she is still watching then kicking her out of the Roku app. Is there any way to disable this pop-up? (Bandwidth saver on the Roku is already disabled, the issue is specific to the Xfinity Stream app)

Hello and thank you for taking the time to create this post for our Xfinity Community Forum! I am sorry to read that your grandma is being inconvenienced by the "Are you still watching?" banner. This feature is in place to help our customers avoid wasting bandwidth. Streaming can use quite a lot of data and cause unwanted overages if gone unchecked. At this time, there is not a way to disable this check-in feature on the Xfinity Stream app.

Does she have a cable package and does she enjoy watching on our X1 app? If so, turning the bandwidth saver off on your Roku will prevent this feature from popping up on X1.
