xfinity stream recording

As of yesterday, I can't record on the Xfinity stream app. I have 55% of space available. I just got a new Xumo box (I had an older flex box) and that didn't solve the problem. Going through all the usual steps, but the red dot doesn't show up on the show to be recorded.
