Xfinity stream purchased movies missing
We have moved and no longer use Xfinity. For a while we were able to access purchased content through the app. I just logged in again and now am showing no purchased content. Who can I speak to about restoring content.

While we're sad to see you leave the Xfinity family, we infinitely appreciate anytime you spent with us, so I want to ensure you're able to access your Xfinity purchased content whenever you'd like 👍
When accessing purchased content from a disconnected account, you of course want to start by using the Xfinity Stream portal (xfinity.com/stream) or the Xfinity Stream app. From there. the most important thing is to ensure you're logging in with the username and password of the Primary profile on the account as secondary Xfinity IDs will no longer work. Did the account you disconnected have mulitple logins by chance?
