Xfinity Stream- Only able to view Live Limited Basic- Paying for 140+ channels

I just added the TV package to my account, and what a nightmare it has been. I was told we can use the TV service without a cable box, and view everything on the Xfinity Stream app, which is awesome. The issue that happened, is that its been two days, and I cannot access the on demand, along with all my 140 channels. I just got off an hour long phone call that was not helpful at all. We have refreshed my account 4 times on the xfinity side.

What seems to be happening is when i log into xfinity stream app via, Broswer, Roku, and Mobile phone, I go to the Live Tv and I can see channels, but when I try to access a channel in the 140 package, it says I need to "upgrade" or "subscribe". I was trying to tell the tech that for some reason, it seems like I can only access the LIMITED BASIC channels but in fact my account has the Starter package which is the 140+ channels. Have people figured out a solution, or is there a solution a xfinity tech knows to fix this issue? They even made me restart my modem, refreshed my account 4 times, uninstalled apps, and nothing has worked. It seems to be an account issue on the xfinity side but the tech on the phone did not seem to undestand the concept of me only being able to view the limited basic channel listed opposed to all the 140 that I am paying for.

is it working now? you said just added and it can take 24 hours to update all the streaming databases. if not working, there is an issue in a database. call 800-Comcast, select tech support for cable TV. ask the agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the team member to reprovision your streaming device entitlements. if someone talks about sending a hit to your home equipment (that you don't even have)  they do not understand. this is for app/streaming website. if the team member seems confused ask for a supervisor. Note that without at least one x1 set top box in your home you are limited to 2 streaming devices at the same time. with one set top box ($5/month) you have a limit of 5 streams at the same time.
