Xfinity stream on Roku - no smart resume or thumbs on recordings

I have Xfinity stream on my Roku TV. I can access my recordings. But smart resume isn't showing. It's also not an an available choice in my settings either. Also, I don't even get any thumbnails to view while using the fast forward function on my recordings. It's really an awful experience to not have either a option available. What is going on with this app for Roku?
