Xfinity Stream on my personal laptop

Wife watches live TV on her laptop. Streaming inexplicably stopped working on Friday 11/29/2024. Unable to connect to anything Xfinity from that laptop. Tried downloading Xfinity and Xfinity Stream apps to both of our phones. Nothing works. We are able to access everything else (internet, work, YouTube, etc etc). Interestingly, from my in-home work laptop I am able to stream and reach Xfinity (I'm typing this post from work laptop).

What do have to do to fix this???

Thank you.

Greetings, user_t1e73r! We are happy to help you here so you both can stream in peace once again! Are you seeing any types of error messages or codes that come up or are you seeing the 3 dots (loading)?

Are you seeing this issue when logging in or when trying to access a program?

Have you tried clearing the cookies/browsing data from the laptop and restarting it, then try to stream again?

@XfinityRay  Just the three dots, and then the please clear browsers cache (which I did).

 From my phone got ERR_TIMED_OUT

I don't understand. It works on my work laptop and on out tablet, but not on cell phones and personal laptop.

Thank you for any help!

I appreciate you providing the steps you've already taken. By chance, have you also tried a private or incognito page on your web browser, just to test if there could still be an issue with the page loading normally, even after clearing the cache/cookies?
