Xfinity Stream on LG TV not working TVAPP-00500

I have 4 LG TVs operating wirelessly. One TV has a Xfinity X-1 box. I have an X-1 Gateway. My Xfinity Stream app on my phone works to stream live tv in-home and my laptop works to stream live tv in-home. No TV works. The Xfinity Stream app opens and signs in but the guide will not display and presents error code TVAPP-00500. I have tried every suggested solution including signing out of app, uninstalling app, rebooting tv, refreshing X-1 box, restarting gateway (all in various combinations). Error persists on the 3 tvs that use the Xfinity Stream app. Any suggestions?

@wgd2949 Did the TV you are having trouble with used to work? If so, unplug that TV for a few minutes and plug back in. That should reboot it. If that doesn't work, do a system refresh/troubleshoot on your internet and tv using the Xfinity app. Xfinity Assistant system refresh.
