Xfinity Stream on computer

Why is only my NBC intermittently working when I stream it on my computer? All other channels appear to load properly. I have cleared cache, rebooted, signed out, etc. It (NBC) worked normally and only recently began to not play. I only see 3 white blinking dots even though I may just changed to another channel and then back.

Hi there @user_cvn3ap Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum.  I'll be happy to assist.  Can you confirm if there are specific shows that are not working during that time?  Or are you not able to access any channels at that time?

My Channel 24 (NBC) will not consistently load when selected. This began recently. All other channels appear to work. All I see are three white dots that flash when I select the channel. It will eventually work as if by magic after considerable time or effort has passed. I have rebooted by system, I've cleared the cache, I've logged out of Xfinity and began a new session to no avail.

Hello, at 6:50pm on 10/18 NBC was selected on my Android phone and on my desktop computer and both played normally. I will attempt to select them again at different times later tonight.

I checked Channel 24 (NBC) successfully at 8:25p, 9:36p, and 10:34p on my desktop. At 11:11p NBC would not load on my desktop, but it loads on my Cell phone.

I am using hp top of the line laptop wifi to stream xfinity stream from xfinitystream.com; doing it for 2 years no problem; no internet router or modem problems on any other stream site or website. I am logged into program, click on favorite channels, and watch a show; after 5 to 10 minutes, go to click another channel, and picture drops going to purple screen, then goes back to home screen, not favorite channels; xfinity support says to get a new cable box for my tv inside my house, as I believe the computer has to talk to that as well. I checked all router and firmware issues, no problems. Router program looks normal. a show will just cut out. logging out and logging back in does nothing. deleteing cookies does nothing, and I am using a firefox browser; will try a chrome browser, and this has only been going on for two weeks. please help
