xfinity stream not working

My xfinity stream stopped working yesterday.   PC using Chrome worked until yesterday. When I click on it the big xinity screen comes up and then just sits there with three bubbles moving but never going to stream.

Thank you for reaching out  user_v2wrxb! Does it time after a while and give you an error message? Are you able to access Stream from a different device?

thanks for replying, until a minute ago it just sat there not timing out, but now it goes to the channel selection page but won't click through on any of my previous saved channels or any other channels. When I click on Watch nothing happens at all, no spining wheels or any apparent activity at all .

Let's try the site but this time from a private/incognito mode browsing. What happens there?

Whats so odd is that it will click back and forth on all the buttons on the main page like Home,  Live Tv etc and go to that page , but none of the Watch buttons work when clicked on.

Great! Thanks for giving that a try and I am glad that worked. I would recommend clearing cache and cookies again and testing it out that way again. Here is also a full article that may help https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/clear-cache-cookies-chrome

I have the same problem.  Streaming, which used to work on Firefox, stopoed working 4 days ago.  Streaming is fine on Chrome.  

What is going on?  I am on Win11.

Thank you for reaching out here @bb1034. There is a known issue with the Xfinity Stream Portal (www.xfinity.com/stream). Our engineer experts are actively working to get this resolved as quickly as possible, in the meantime the work around provided is to use the Xfinity Stream App on a mobile device or tablet. I'll watch for an update on the engineer ticket, and follow up once the fix has been implemented.

Same problem here.  A few days now and it is on Chrome as well as Bing.  From a previous thread, this has been going on for a few days with no resolution time estimated.

Same thing with me. Go to blue xfinity screen with bouncing dots and stays there. Sometimes goes to my channel screen but when I click on one nothing happens. Always worked before on my laptop and now the one week I need it for the british open it isn't working

Xfinity Stream functions not accessible Technical support cannot fix!!!

Cannot access Recordings on Xfinity Stream functions plus keep receiving this message when clicking on My Itinerary:  "Sorry were having some trouble. Check back later". For several months ongoing. Technical support cannot fix!!! e

Same here, I have called 4 times...nothing...and can't speak to anyone in the USA.  I am going to bring my laptop to the xfinity store here in town and show them in person
