Hey there @user_4xz8g2, sorry to hear about this error - is this occurring on the Xfinity Stream App or directly from the cable box? What apps/programs are you using? 00195 is a general connectivity error, so a few ways to tackle this would be power off/on the device if it's a streaming device perhaps uninstalling/reinstalling the app.
