Xfinity stream not working
Three days ago my xfinity stream app stopped working on all devices. It won’t load anything and I get the error TVAPP-00287. My cable still works on my other tv, but when I try to use the stream app on my Roku or phone it won’t load. I’ve tried restarting the router and the Roku, updating the app and the software, and nothing is working. Please help?

I apologize to hear that you are having issues with trying to use the Xfinity Steam app. I know how frustrating it can be when trying different steps to get an app to work to only feel like you're meeting a dead end! We're here to help. Since it has been some time, are you still having the issue? If so what is the model number of the Roku you are using?
