Xfinity Stream not working on Macbook

I access Xfinity through my TV (via Roku) - and everything os fine there.

When I log on to the website to watch programs via my Macbook, there are issues:

1. It recognizes my login.

2. My "Favorite" channels seems to be deactivated.

3. My recording and scheduled recordings have disappeared (but I can see them via Roku)

4. I have logged off and logged back in again, to no avail.

 

How can I get this fixed on my computer?

did you try the fully updated version of Chrome browser?

do you get an error message and errror number?
