Xfinity stream not working both internet and app. Frustrated!

I have been getting same error message for 3 days.  Xfinity support is clueless said they escalated my issue and I would get call back .  Nothing yet!

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

I've been getting this same error code for 4  or more days now on both my cell phone and my Chrome tablet.  :-(

Hey, @deestar13 and @user_yhampe! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with the guide trying to load using the stream app. Have you been having issues with your internet connection being slow? Have you tried to clear the app cache and data and religion to see if this clears up the issue?

xfinity app not working on roku tv and desk top and phone...says i'm not authorized...

Hi there, @user_208z6e Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us on this forum regarding the unauthorized message you are getting. Can you please try the following:

Make sure you are on the same Xfinity connection. Roku and computer.

Open your browser and go to Xfinity dot com, click on the TV icon on the top bar. (Xfinity Stream) Now you should be on the Xfinity Stream page. Leave it open.

Open your Xfinity Steam Beta App on your Roku and try signing in and following instructions for code etc. Do this on another tab in your browser. 

Please let me know if you continue to get that not authorized message.-Richard
