Xfinity Stream not launching on Mac (macOs Sonoma v. 14.5)

Xfinity Stream is not launching online while using my Macbook Pro. macOS: Sonoma 14.5. I've rebooted 15 times, used Chrome and Firefox, and connected online with Xfinity Asst. Live Agent and still not resolved. anyone else having this issue currently?
