Xfinity stream makes my phone crash when I cast to my TV
When I cast to my Chromecast using Xfinity Stream, my phone glitches like crazy and crashes. It caused one of my phones to factory reset. I'm using Stream to cast to a TV at home. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it? I've already factory reset my phone and reinstalled Stream and still have the same problem.

Hello, Krneal2003! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear that you are having issues with trying to cast the Xfinity Stream App while using your phone. Since you reinstalled the app it should be the most up-to-date. What kind of phone are you trying to cast from? Does it have the latest software updates?
