Xfinity stream logging in problems on my computer
I am having problems with logging into Xfinity Stream service on my computer. I am running Windows 10 and I primarily use the Chrome browser, but I have same issue with MS Edge browser too. First issue is that I have to always login twice to reach Xfinity stream. The first time I reach the Xfinity page I login first time with my account. I click the Stream service icon and it takes me to another login page where I have to enter my credentials again. This used to work with only one login.
Second issue is with multifactor identification. It used to work where I would receive an alert on my phone to approve the login request. That process is no longer working. I still receive the alert but when I click the approval, a message appears on my phone that the request has expired because it was already approved by another device. However the stream service does not start on my browser. The only way I can continue is to click the Code Generator link on my phone, and then type in the code on my browser.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
