Xfinity Stream home screen

Question

I am not at home. When I open the Xfinity Stream app, the home screen does not load. All the boxes are gray. I can go to live TV and watch those. I have deleted the app twice and reinstalled. Nothing is fixing the problem.

I can understand how frustrating it is to see a gray home screen while other parts of the app, like Live TV, are still working. Let’s take a closer look at this. Are you able to confirm whether the Home screen load properly when you’re at home and connected to your Xfinity WiFi, or is it gray there as well?
