Xfinity stream freezing

​My recordings are freezing and I can only hear audio, it happens very often and it is infuriating, my DVR. Is not full and it happens with longer recordings​

Hello, @kagraeb, we will do all we can to help you with your recordings. What device are you currently using? (cell phone, tablet) Are you able to let us know the make and model number of the device? I always recommend testing the Xfinity Stream app on another device if possible.

I am experiencing the same thing.  I have tried it on my lap top, desk top and mobile.  I can only get so far in the movie and it freezes.  I have shut down, reset and it does no good.  It is very frustrating!!

Hi, @user_a3cf4a. Thank you for letting us know you are having the same issues as well. I see you have problems with your recording on the Stream App too. Does this only happen with recorded content, or have you seen this with live TV, TV Go channels, or On-Demand content as well? If you watch these same recordings on your DVR, does the same thing happen?
