Xfinity Stream fails in web Browers

From one laptop on my network only, I am unable to use Xfinity Stream. After logging in , I can go to the guide, but the channels don't load. It works from every other machine on my network. I removed/re-installed all of my browsers and it still fails with this message:

"Attempting to Resume...

We've run into a problem while streaming Program Name. Please wait while we try again.
(TVAPP-00281)"

Incognito/Private mode tried

Xfinity equipment restarted

Chrome, Firefox, Edge browsers all re-installed, with no luck

Cookies/cache cleared on all browsers

I called xfinity support and after 3 attempts they were able to fix the problem. There was something wrong with my account so the tech reprovisioned internet and all devices. The steaming started working on all devices after that.

user_x6zdb1 Awrsome, I am glad they were able to resolve your streaming concern. Was there anything else I can help with? Are you happy with your current package and level of service? We are happy to do an account review for new promotions.
