Xfinity Stream error message

I have been using xfinity stream with Roku and have cable subscription 

Suddenly receiving error message that I need video subscription 

have deleted and reinstalled app many times

spent a good deal of time on phone with tech who said my issue was being escalated and would be resolved in an hour

Which it has not
