Xfinity Stream Down on Phone, Roku TVs

Getting error code 500. Stream does not work on phone or TVs. Uninstalled - reinstalled - unplugged, plugged back up - turned on and off. Tried to get a code and it sent me the screen and the code spaces were empty LOL.....whatta heck
