Xfinity Stream constantly on wrong time zone

Xfinity, I need you to figure out why your Stream app keeps insisting I'm in the Eastern time zone when I'm not. Multiple times over the last year whenever I click on a show to watch, I get some dumb screen telling me "Not the show you were expecting?" and telling me I should actually be watching what's on in the Eastern time zone. I live on the freaking west coast. There's even a link to click on for the "Not what you're expecting?" bit but I've never been able to actually click on the link because it doesn't work. Eventually it fixes itself but I expect to pay 300$ per month for a feature that works as it's intended. You [EDIT: language].

Hi Richard. Yes,  I continue to experience this issue. It took a few weeks in between this time, but I'm currently struggling to get the app to accept that I am in fact in the Pacific time zone and not Eastern. Also, why make a link at the bottom asking if this isn't the show I expect and then have it never open anything???

@laurenw3 Can you tell me what type of device you're using with the Xfinity Stream app? Is it on a laptop or device, which may be registering your location on the East Coast on a VPN?
