Xfinity Stream channel not working with Roku

Hi - I'm a cable customer but want to also stream tv using my Roku. I installed the Xfinity Stream channel on my Roku. When I run the app, I get this message... "Thank you for being an Xfinity customer. Unfortunately, we cannot support high speed data customers without a video subscription. Check out xfin.tv/shop to subscribe today!" How do I fix this?

I see it has been a few days since you created this post and I wanted to check in quickly to see if you were able to figure out this issue with streaming on your Roku or if you could still use a hand? We would love to help.
