Xfinity Stream buffering, due to memory leak?
I use Xfinity Stream quite a bit along with other streaming services. I don't have trouble with other services, but for some reason Xfinity Stream after running for around an hour or two begins to freeze (three dots mid-screen). At first it happens every 10 seconds or so, but it becomes more and more frequent. If I go back to the Recordings page at this point it will often state that I have no available recordings. I've checked my Task Manager when in this state and Firefox is reporting a thread that is using 1.4GB of memory used (when I first start the stream it is usually at around 400MB memory used).
I've tried switching from WiFi to a hardline, but that hasn't solved the problem. I also tried changing the quality setting from 'Auto' to 'Low', this may delay the hangs but at around an hour of playtime they still occur.
The only way I've been able to resolve this is to close Firefox and restart. Is there some setting I can change to prevent this memory leak?
Thank you

Rustyben, thanks but that isn't a solution I'm looking for, I don't want to download a new browser just to fix this issue.
Anyway, Xfinity Stream minimum requirements shows:
Supported Web Browsers
If it isn't going to work for Firefox, it shouldn't be listed as a supported web browser.

Still experiencing this issue, but I did notice that live TV through Xfinity Stream doesn't seem to cause the issue, only streaming from DVR or On-Demand content. I tried streaming from my DVR yesterday and the memory usage jumped to about 1.3GB on two separate streams, but I switched to Live TV for a few minutes and the memory dropped back to around 400MB after a few minutes.
Is anyone else seeing this issue?
Are there diagnostics or log files I can collect to provide more information regarding this issue?

The Live Stream memory usage decrease must have been a fluke. Watching live TV just now and it started stuttering and displaying the three dots, memory was at 1.8GB on one thread.

Upgraded my computer. doubled the memory, replaced the HDD with an SSD. I don't see the memory usage going up too high, but I still see the same issue. Watching for two hours I had to restart my browser 4 times.
It would be nice if someone from Comcast would look into this issue ever.
